Right now I estimate the final copy will be made next month, next spring at the very latest. It is an adventure/fantasy/fiction/religious series, with mild swearing (use of D word, Bast**d used once or twice though most swear-words are being used not as insults) and very little sexual suggestiveness and moderate-severe violence/scary imagination.

I want to try the Peppertree publishing company, does anyone know of a better or more reputable one? I also want to know of any marketing help for my book to gain some popularity.
The book is currently 60,000 words long. After I finish it, I expect to remain under 65,000 words, probably in the 59,000-60,000 area.

It looks like a vanity press/self-publisher. Though they seem to hide it very well. –> That’s a red flag. Legitimate self-publishers are upfront and honest about what they are. They don’t hide and try to make you think they’re a regular publisher that pays you, when in reality you pay them. This looks like a small press. A questionable one at that, especially if they’re a vanity publisher because they don’t say this anywhere on the site. Start digging into the background of the people/person who owns the press. Make sure this person has some kind of publishing background/experience to be running this press. Make sure she and her staff have a professional background in editing and whatever other services they offer. People with little experience in publishing can’t benefit your book and at it’s worse they might end up badly publishing your book and ruining it. You don’t want that.

Also, just a bit of advice. You’d might want to think through exactly what your book’s genre is. Listing all those genres is an indication that you’re not sure what it is. Obviously, it’s fiction, so we can remove that. Is it Religious Fantasy? Meaning if you took away the religion then you wouldn’t have a story. If you still have a fantasy story without the religion then the religion probably isn’t big enough to warrant it as Religious Fantasy.

I know no one can predict when it will be offered for next year, but historically, what time of year is free dining usually offered? I was thinking of planning a trip for early September 2012 (but after labor day) or late January 2013. Since these are historically low crowd times, would the free dining promotion likely be offered if we book by a certain date?
By "historically," I mean in the past couple of years. I realize that the promotion hasn’t been going on for very long.

I believe I have seen it offered around both May and September. I know I took advantage of it in May ‘10.
