What is the best marketing strategy for selling a book, or what is the best one that you have hear of?
I know, wouldn't we all like to know 
First, you have to have contents for two books. the first one has to be informative enough to make you attractive as an author and the second one has to be continuum of the first one plus more in-depth contents. That's about the product.
Now, about selling it. You start selling electronic version of your book through affiliates. you offer them 100% commission. Basically, it means that they get all the money from the sale. The purpose is to get as many people as possible who will advertise your book on your behalf.
If the book is an attractive reading you will have your fans.
Now comes the second book. You see, this time you put a price to compensate you for the both.
Of course, the ultimate importance is to provide quality contents.

p.s. actually, there was a guy who did exactly this .. i can't recall his name .. but he positioned himself as an expert in what he was writing about and now his sales are really good

Yeah, I agree with Platinum.
Other way that I've thought about is to use your book with ad's on the last page. (but not ad's like "looking for a date", but presenting a company profile, or similiar). So if you negotiate a 2 or 3 local companies, or even the book press that you are using to print the book you can negotiate a drop in the book price for you self, or a commission for you. Try charging on a way similiar to the "pay per click" method. Maybe pay per view
This way you can make your book price drop, and still earn a high profit for you. Actually in my country there is a whole city that works with this pattern - every bench, basket, trash container is as good as new, just because there is the name of some local company on it
And last, but not least, you must negotiate someone to sell your book, that way you will be something like supplier. The local bookstore is a good way to start
