@starmoon937 Depends on what you mean by cost. If you mean a direct impact such as increasing wages then yes it would cost more; however, the goal is to understand that you are taking care of your employees who are the ones at battlefront creating revenue, creating brand loyalty, etc. So can it cost more to do that? Yes; however, will you see a return? possibly. Is it a risk you want to take? Maybe. Mr Nayar is bringing the point out of “What can we(management) do to help you get your job done?”

Interesting, I got the point but I was just wondering about the cost. Because nowadays employee’s costs are very high and is not going to increase the cost especially if you put them in 1st?
