If you mean a direct impact such as increasing wages then yes it would cost more; however, the goal is to understand that you are taking care of your employees who are the ones at battlefront creating revenue, creating brand loyalty, etc. So can it cost more to do that? Yes; however, will you see a return? possibly. Is it a risk you want to take? Maybe. Mr Nayar is bringing the point out of "What can we(management) do to help you get your job done?"</description>
